The Bottling Plant is a stunning 1700 square foot apartment in a former Coca Cola bottling plant, newly architect-renovated with high tin ceilings, central heat and air, full kitchen, luxury bath with soaking tub, high speed Wifi with smart TV. Amenities galore!

The Space

Former Coca Cola factory, architecturally distinct, stylishly renovated and furnished with no details spared. Steps to historic Wooster street and the best of New Haven pizza (apizza) and amazing Italian food and deserts, this is a fantastic home base to experience the best of New Haven, Yale and the CT shoreline or just relax. The 10 foot high ceilings with tin roof and hardwood floors are all original. The property is a perfect spot for families (pack and play can be set up by request) or for small groups (maximum of 5 people)

  1. Two spacious bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with two full beds. A twin cot bed is also available for the fifth person. New comfort mattresses on all beds.

  2. Fully renovated spa bathroom with rain shower, soaking tub and amazing Zellige tile work.

  3. Fully renovated Chef's kitchen with all new appliances - fridge, microwave, gas range with hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender .

  4. Living room with Smart TV, Youtube TV is complimentary with all Cable channels. Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and other streaming apps can be used with your subscription.

  5. Fantastic dining table with sitting for 10 and enough room for many pizza boxes!

  6. Central heat and central air conditioning with NEST thermostat

  7. High speed Gigabyte internet for all your streaming and work needs

  8. Off-street parking for 1 vehicle, on-street parking also available

  9. washer/dryer for stays 3 nights or longer

Guest Access

All parts of the space are accessible. We ask that guests refrain from using the backyard for now.
